BEEREPOOT takes the protection of your data very seriously. Your personal data is dealt with in confidence and according to statutory data protection regulations as well as this data protection declaration.

The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. You have the opportunity to enter personal information on our website (e.g. name, address, e-mail address). These data is not transmitted to third parties. We give an assurance that your data will be handled according to current data protection regulations.

We would like to point out that data transfer on the internet (e.g. when communicating per e-mail) may carry security risks. Total data protection against access by third parties is not possible.

Due to IP-Anonymization having been activated on our website, your IP-address will, however, be first abbreviated by Google within member states of the European Union or other signatories to the treaty on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP-address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. Google uses this information on our behalf to analyse your use of our website, to complete reports about the website activities and to provide additional services related to the website use and internet use to us. The IP-address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be combined with other data of Google.

Data protection declaration for the use of Facebook-Plugins (Like-Button)

When you visit our sites, a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server is made via the plugin. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP-address. If you click on the Facebook “Like-Button” while you are logged in in your Facebook account, you can link the content of our sites to your Facebook profile. As a result, Facebook can assign the visit on our sites to your user account. This site uses for reasons of security and to protect the transmission of confidential content e.g. requests which you can send to us via the contact form, a SSL-encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection on the switch in the address line from “http://” to “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser line.

If the SSL-encryption is activated, the data that you send to us cannot be read by third parties.

Contradiction to advertising mails

We hereby expressly prohibit the use of the contact data published as part of our obligation to provide a masthead for the purpose of sending us any advertising or informational materials that we have not expressly requested.
